Since the commencement of her legal practice, Attorney Zhu Yan has successfully represented a large number of civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation cases through her distinctive legal thinking, legal strategy and skills. She specializes in environmental, resources, and energy law, corporate and enterprise legal affairs, and commercial disputes. The attorney has long served as the legal advisor to Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Provincial, Guangzhou Municipal Ecological and Environment Bureau, long-term legal services for public institutions, a number of large Chinese and foreign companies, and its district branches. The attorney has spearheaded numerous projects including project compliance reviews, legality Assessment of environmental law enforcement, environmental legal risk management of green supply chains, and the transfer of mining rights in the environmental and resource sectors.
