Linda Li is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. Her practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, investment and finance, and dispute resolution. Since she began practicing law in 2003, Ms. Li has focused on asset restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, and investment and finance, especially in the education industry. She also handles business contracts, litigation and arbitration cases. Ms. Li obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from East China Normal University in 1998 and entered Tongji University in 2001 where she obtained an LL.B. Before he commenced practice, Ms. Li worked for a university and an education resource firm. Ms. Li has published dozens of legal papers and articles in professional magazines.
