Ken Ge is a partner at AllBright Law Officesin Shanghai.His practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and capital markets.

Mr. Gefocuses on advising his clients in matters such as enterprise reform and restructuring, public offerings, and post-listing enterprise refinancing.He also has extensive experience in advising his clients ondirect investments in China, includingproject initiation, feasibility studies, negotiations, drafting of legal documents, receiving government approvals, and enterprise incorporation.

Before joining AllBright, Mr. Ge served as one of the first senior partners of another prominentlaw firm in Shanghai.

Mr.Ge graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. He was awarded the title “Outstanding Lawyer in Zhabei District, Shanghai” in 2012.

Mr. Ge is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages areMandarin and Japanese.
