With a background in real estate construction and law, Mr. Huang is familiar with real estate development and engineering construction in addition to providinglegal services concerning real estate project development, engineering construction, corporate andAs, IPR and civillitigation and arbitration. Mr. Huang has advised on land transfer, project financing, engineering design, building operation, equipment purchase, real estate sale and rental, and hotel management with respect to numerous prominentlarge-scale real estate projects and large infrastructure projects in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang.

In addition, Mr.Huang has handled lawsuits and arbitration cases involving construction contracts, real estate, IPR, corporate equity and joint ventures, including several cases where Mr. Huang eitherrepresented a Fortune 500 company or against a Fortune 500 company and successfully protected the rights of his client.

Mr.Huang graduated with a major in Construction Management at Southeast University and later obtained his LL.M in Civil and Commercial Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
