Professional Experience
Mr. Lu is expert in providing legal service for the whole process of real estate projects from development, management to operation, such as construction, tendering and bidding, project finance, transfer of construction, sales of real property, leasing, mortgage and property management of the real property etc.; Mr. Lu was in charge of many cases of investment, M&A and restructure projects in real estate projects, he has rich experience in these areas; in addition, providing legal services for sorts of investment projects by insurance funds, such as using debt rights, shares and property as the investment tool in real estate projects, are in his expertise area, and he is good at providing legal services to real estate developers in project financing as well, such as trust, funds, debts of corporate and enterprise, asset management plans, ABS.
Mr. Lu distinguishes himself in his ability into area of general corporate, both in theory and legal practice. Mr. Lu is good at providing legal services for design for company shareholding structure, corporate governance, merger and division, restructure, and providing legal services for financing in different tools such as trust, funds, debts of company and enterprise, ABS and other forms of assets management plans, and has rich experience in legal practice at “colleting, investing, managing, existing” stages of these projects.
Beyond that, Mr. Lu accumulates rich experience in dispute in the abovesaid areas, Mr. Lu handled sorts of complicated lawsuits and arbitration cases during his career as a lawyer.
Education
- Mr. Lu obtained his LL.M. from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 1998 and was granted a master’s degree in social work from University of Hong Kong in 2008. He currently serves as a part-time associate professor at the Law School of the East China University of Science and Technology.
