Mr. Gao is a partner of AllBright Law Offices and practices at our Shanghai office. He is a member of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center’s List of Mediators and Arbitrators.

Mr. Gao specializes in intellectual property (contentious and non-contentious matters), dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) and general corporate. Mr. Gao has been representing and advising many well-known Chinese and foreign clients including Fortune 500 multinationals on a variety of IP, dispute resolution and corporate matters. Mr. Gao specializes in complex IP litigation with a focus on patent infringement including matters in relation to standard-essential patents (SEPs), misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement and unfair competition. He also has a wide range of experience in R&D and technology collaboration, IP licensing, IP acquisition and management, Open Source Software (OSS) and other IP related non-contentious and transactional matters. His practice covers diverse industries including telecommunications, semiconductors, electronics, software, industrial engineering and automation, and automotive industry.
