Eric ZHOU is a Senior Partner with AllBright Law Offices and based in its Shanghai Office. He is specialized in private equity / venture capital, banking and finance, general corporate, merger and acquisition, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Zhou has handled multiple influential equity investments projects and mergers and acquisitions projects, including providing legal services for PE firms (including CDH Investment, GGV capital and V Star Capital etc.) to invest in Lianjia, Mindray Medical, UIH Medical and so on. Throughout his career, Mr. Zhou has provided high-quality and comprehensive legal services for en-bloc property acquisition projects, e.g. acquisitions of 21st Century Building in Lujiazui and of Sanlin InCity in Pudong. Additionally, Mr. Zhou has also accumulated sizeable experience in the fields of dispute resolution relating to equity/debt investment.

Mr. Zhou is currently a member of the Youth Working Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, the Fund Business Research Committee, and he serves as part-time tutor for post-graduate students of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and as part-time tutor for post-graduate students of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
