Lulu Feng is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Suzhou. Her practice areas include white-collar criminal defense, litigation, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Feng has represented clients in criminal cases that have been highly publicized in Suzhou and has also served as legal counsel for a number of government agencies and companies. She has also advised on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Feng currently serves as a member of the Disciplinary Committee and the Committee on Civil Affairs for the Suzhou Bar Association.

Ms. Feng graduated from the Soochow University School of Law. Prior to joining AllBright, she worked at two other law firms in Suzhou.
