Jiang Dinghang is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shenzhen. His practice areas include intellectual property and dispute resolution.

Mr. Jiang focuses his legal practice on representing his clients in dispute resolutions and advising on intellectual property rights matters. Mr. Jiang spent many years in industry and served as a member of senior management of several large-scale state-owned enterprises in Shenzhen. He has also drafted 12 local labor bylaws for the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. This experience has enabled Mr. Jiang to represent his clients in more than 300 labor disputes. He is also well-versed in intellectual property matters and routinely advises on registration and rights issues.

Mr. Jiang is now an arbitrator at the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration), a mediation expert at the Mediation Center of the CIETAC South China Branch, a member of the Legal Expert Consulting Commission of Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality, and a member of the Legal Consultative Committee of the Shenzhen Association of Returned Overseas Chinese.

Mr. Jiang has also held other roles such as a member of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Shenzhen Municipality, and as a member of the Legal Work Committee of the Sixth Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Shenzhen Municipality. He was directly recommended and elected to be the party representative for the Fifth Party Representative Conference of CPC Shenzhen Committee, a Member of the CPC Committee of the Shenzhen Bar Association. In addition, he also served as deputy director of the “Party Representative, NPC member and CPPCC member of the Work Committee of Shenzhen Bar Association, counsel of the Publicity and PR Relations Commission of the Shenzhen Bar Association, and a lecturer for the Shenzhen Lawyer Lecturer Group. Mr. Jiang was awarded the honorary title of “Model Party Member Lawyer” by the Work Group of the Ministry of Justice guiding the activities of building advanced party organization and endeavoring to be an excellent party member in the legal industry, and the honorary title of “Excellent Party Member” by the Working Committee of the CPC Guangdong Bar Association.

Mr. Jiang obtained his LL.B. from Peking University Law School in 1986 and an LL.M. in economic law from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 1989.

Mr. Jiang is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
