Ms. Helen Xu is a Senior Partner at AllBright Law Offices. Before joining AllBright, Ms. Xu was IP Counsel for Greater China with a British automaker. Ms. Xu also worked with an international law firm, out of its offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing, for over a decade. Ms. Xu advised a number of Fortune 500 companies on intellectual property and corporate matters.

Ms Xu’s practice focuses on intellectual property law in China, with particular emphasis on structuring, management and protection of intellectual property rights, commercial transaction, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting planning in the areas of trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade names, competition, data protection and advertisement.
