Valiant Zhou is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Suzhou. His practice areas include corporate, securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and intellectual property. Mr. Zhou focuses on corporate restructuring and mergers, investment and financing, intellectual property, business contracts, and litigation and arbitration. He has handled hundreds of different types of cases, served as a legal counsel for dozens of organizations including foreign-funded and foreign companies, Taiwan-funded enterprises, state organs and social groups and has participated in the dissolution and liquidation of a number of companies. He has also negotiated over Sino-foreign joint venture projects and advised on investment feasibility. Mr. Zhou obtained his LL.B. from Soochow University in 2000 and an LL.M. from the Kenneth Wang School of Law in 2010. Mr. Zhou is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
