Wang Qinyi is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Suzhou.

Mr. Wang is professionally engaged in corporate legal affairs, labor legal affairs, and real estate affairs. He has acted as a legal adviser in many enterprises and provided legal service for hundreds of businesses. Hence, he has very rich experience. And he has dealt with several difficult cases and received quite positive feedback from clients, including Business Secret Infringement case(in which a multinational enterprise accused its former employee) and Mortgage Revocation Case(in which Zhao v. sued Housing Authority of Wuxi city) ect.

What’s more, Mr. Wang has acted as a guest lecturer and a member of expert committee in Suzhou Vocational University. He wrote part of Labor Relations Management, a textbook of human resource course in vocational school, which has been widely used. And he held probation staff management, Labor Contract Risk Control and many other lectures about labor laws to provide labor and personnel training for many large enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises.

Mr. Wang received Bachelor of Laws in Nanjing University in 2006. Later, he worked as a lawyer in a domestic well-known law Firm.
