Corporate governance disputes include but are not limited to: disputes over shareholders' right to know, disputes over liability for damage of corporate interests, equity repurchase disputes, equity transfer contract disputes and corporate liquidation disputes.
The investment disputes include but are not limited to: disputes over financial loan contracts, financial leasing contracts, factoring contracts and investment-oriented loans.
Disputes over Private Fund Contract: Disputes over appropriate obligation of investors, failure of the Seller's Institute to fulfill its duties, violations of fund-raising procedures, performance of duties by the fund manager, performance of custody obligations by the custodian, rigid payment terms and liquidation disputes.
Bond default disputes include but are not limited to: disputes over liability for misrepresentation, underwriting, audit, appraisal, government guarantee, validity of bondholders' meeting, acceleration of maturity, validity of the "drawer agreement" and default on asset securitization.
