Cunpeng Du is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Suzhou. His practice areas include commercial financing ,investment, real estate construction and administrative legal affairs, he has been furnishinglegal services to real estate management departments and related companies many years, also perennial agent administrative litigation cases with social influence for government. Not only litigation but also non-litigation way to solve problems, especially for the construction of the project. Because of his experience, he had edited some case analysis with others, also usually publish academic papers in provincial level journals. In May2013, he was elected to the three years action plan of selection and training of Suzhou high level lawyer talents.

Mr. Du graduated from lawSchool of Suzhou University, got the master degree in the first administrative law. Prior to joining Allbright law office, he engaged in ten years of law teaching at ChangShu Institute of Technology, and be a part-time lawyer in another law office.
