Ling was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales in 2008.

Ling advises clients on corporate finance transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, share placements, private equity/VC investments, fund formation and investment, general commercial and compliance matters.

Ling has been advising various listed companies on Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO and general compliance matters, and investigations by the regulatory bodies. Ling has also worked as in-house counsel for a HK-USA dual listed multinational corporation and a HK-listed investment platform of PRC state-owned enterprise.

Ling is a Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
