Yun Zhi is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Chengdu. His practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Yun is very knowledgeable about the mitigation of corporate legal risks, such as administrative environmental actions, and often counsels his clients on corporate legal compliance. He serves as a legal counsel for several large financial institutions, real estate companies and military industry enterprises.

Mr. Yun graduated from the Southwest University of Political Science Law in 1997. He also engaged in advanced studies at the Sichuan University School of Law in 2002, the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in 2010, Tsinghua University in 2011 and the Peking University HSBC Business School in 2012.

Mr. Yun currently serves as a member of the Committee on Environmental and Resources Law of the All China Lawyers Association, deputy director of the Committee on Environmental and Resources Law of the Sichuan Provincial Bar Association, executive director of Sichuan Provincial Circular Economy Promotion Committee, special lawyer at the All-China Environment Federation and as vice president of the Santai Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan Province.

Mr. Yun is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
