Mr. Liu is devoted to offering his domestic and international clients legal services concerning merger and acquisition, reorganization, restructuring and listing of enterprises. He is also well-experienced in such fields as real estate development, shareholder rights protection and settlement of business disputes, and has represented many domestic and overseas clients to litigate and arbitrate hundreds civil and commercial cases. He once represented a Hong Kong listed company to complete a reorganization involving dozens of Sino-foreign joint ventures, introduced strategic investors and resumed the public listing. He represented a real estate company in its completion of a financing project worth 1.2 billion RMB. He also represented a listed company in China to protect its rights under a goods contract among the client’s suppliers worth several hundred million RMB. Mr. Liu represented the client at a provincial supreme court and effectively protected the client’s rights and interests by recovering accounts receivable in large amounts.

Mr. Liu previously held management-level positions as a legal consultantand board secretary at state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded companies and high-tech companies limited by shares. He has abundant experience in corporate legal practices and investment and financing legal practices.

Mr. Liu graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law, wherehe obtainedhis bachelor’s in economics and a J.M.
