Mr. Luo is a partner of AllBright Law Offices. He is based in Beijing office.

Mr. Luo currently serves as a long-term legal counsel for several major sate-owned enterprises and listed companies, a mediator of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and of China Chamber of International Commerce. Mr. Luo’s practice mainly focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, bank and financing, real estate and construction, general corporate matters, etc. With his exquisite expertise, high sense of responsibility and meticulous work style, Mr. Luo provides the best legal services to his clients to protect their legal interests to the greatest. Mr. Luo graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law, and received a master degree in law.
