Charlie Song is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shenzhen. His practice areas include private equity, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, real estate, and corporate restructuring and liquidation.

Mr. Song has long focused his practice on providing legal services concerning corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, PE investment, real estate development and serving as the retained counsel for dozens of banks, trade associations, real estate companies and fund companies.

Mr. Song obtained his LL.B. from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2000.
