AllBright Advises Goldenmars Technology with respect to its Listing on the GEM Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange
2013-09-1090332AllBright advised Goldenmars Technology Holdings Ltd. (“Goldenmars Technology”) on its listing on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 9, 2013. The company’s stock code is 08036.HK.
The company offered 60 million shares, priced at HK$0.90 each, or at the upper-limit of the offering price range. The offering was so popular that it was twice oversubscribed.
Goldenmars Technology, established in 2005, is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of dynamic random-access memory (“DRAM”) modules, universal serial bus (“USB”) flash drives and other data memory products. Its products are mainly sold in the PRC and Hong Kong with other markets including Taiwan, Europe and the United States.
AllBright acted as the client’s PRC legal counsel. The AllBright team was led by partner Julia Zhu and included associates Ted Hu, George Wen and Zhong Yang.
