錦天城高級合伙人陳克律師撰寫書籍《Labour Law in China》第三版發(fā)行
2022-07-2688332022年5月，荷蘭的Wolters Kluwer出版社出版了陳克律師1990年代在歐洲寫作的《Labour Law in China》（中國勞動法）更新版第三版。陳克律師早年曾在日內瓦的國際勞工組織（ILO）短期工作過，并受該機構的推薦，他著重跟蹤和報道了1994年中國勞動法的頒布與實施。該書第一版曾在1997年出版時受到了中國和歐洲法學界及律師界的關注。由于陳克律師長期從事國際并購方面的實務工作，因此該書也涉及從1994年至2021年關于勞動法事務在跨國交易背景項下的不可動搖的合規(guī)性問題，例如有關中國已加入的國際勞工組織公約方面的約束力問題、中國勞動法強制性的合規(guī)性問題以及最近中國民法典對勞動法規(guī)范的有關發(fā)展等話題。該書不僅涉及了個人勞動法律關系的適用，也討論了集體勞動合同的法律關系等事宜。
